When meeting some troubles for my life and work, I prefer to choose silence and bad temper way. However, this communication way is inefficient. The relationship between colleagues and I are more distant over time.
It is difficult for me to change others, but it is easy for me to change myself. Efficient communication can not only rich our life, but also go point to a small roundabout. Critical listening to friends’ and family`s stories is very interesting for me.
